With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Baxley of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Sarah and Madeleine; and his father Comer.
