She is survived by: her husband Samuel L. Forkner; her children, Kathy McCormack and Michael Wood (Kelli); her grandchildren, Hogan McCormack, Dana McCormack and Thora Wood; her sister Patricia Draper (Bob); and her nieces and nephews, Nanette Henderson, Rosemary Phillips, Joseph Chehoski, Michael Chehoski and David Draper.
