It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean L. Jackson (Signal Mountain, Tennessee), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ledford and Billie Ledford; and her siblings, Charles, Ron Ledford and Gwen Ledford.

She is survived by: her husband Bernard Jackson; her daughter Anne Elizabeth Baugher (Laverne); and her brothers, George Ledford Jr. (Lesley) and Keith Ledford (Kym). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

The family wishes to extend a very special thanks to the staff at Alexian Village of Signal Mountain for their loving care for Alzheimer's patients.
