He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Askew and Ola Mae Thornton Crumbley; his wife Marion Louise Hanson Crumbley; and his siblings, Betty Mae O'Neill and Reverend Askew Crumbley.

He is survived by: his sons, Thomas N. Crumbley, MD (Jarien) of Scottsdale, AZ and William "Bill" R.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.

We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks at all times, and all CDC measures be adhered to at the funeral home and cemetery.

The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Signal Crest United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
