She was predeceased by: her husband Billie Joe Cook; her grandchildren, Cheryl Denise Cook and Christopher Lee Cook; and her parents, Wilbur Bradley and Verna Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Roden, Dennis (Maria) of Signal Mountain and Tony Cook (Connie) of Signal Mountain; and her siblings, Shirley Hutson of Newport, TN and W. H. Bradley. She is also survived by eight grandsons; nine great-grandchildren.
