He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Leonard Garner and Marie Lewis Garner. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Burnett Garner; his children, Paige Garner Morse and H. Griffith Garner (Sarah); his grandchildren, Paige Marie Morse, Jessica Ann Garner, Margaret Mary Garner and Hugh Thomas Morse; and his great grandchild Davis Carlton Morse. He is also survived by 5 nephews and one niece.
However, due to pandemic restrictions and our desire not to encourage the spread of this highly infectious virus, there will be a private family graveside service at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee very near to where he was born.
