She was predeceased by: her husband Briant Wade; her daughter Martha Diane Wade; and her siblings, Howard Mabry and Frances Moseley. She is survived by: her children, Susan Simmons (Jack) of Signal Mountain, Greg Wade (Beth) of Franklin, TN and Janice Leatherwood (Jeff) of Cleveland, TN; and her grandchildren, Jeff Simmons (Jenni), Scott Simmons (Allison), Adam Wade (Dinah), Sarah Bush (Chris), Forrest Wade, Brent Leatherwood (Meredith), Laura Laffitte (Ron), Wade Leatherwood and Claire Leatherwood. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's' Association or Red Bank Baptist Church.
