He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Avery Ragan, Sr. and Alma Ragan; and his son Robert B. Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Chaffin Ragan (Burch); his son Grady Avery Ragan, III (Yvette) of Signal Mountain, TN; and his grandchildren, Robert Ragan (Kristin) of Red Bank, TN, Rachael Ragan of Connecticut and Cameron Ragan of Red Bank, TN.
