He was predeceased by: his mother Lama Lewis (Bratcher); his former wife Ernestine B. Lewis; his grandson Daniel Goolesby; his daughter Terry Susan Lewis; and his father George Davis Lewis.
He is survived by: his fiancé Bobby June Cessna; and his children, Kelly Lewis (Mary), Gary Lewis (Teresa) and Kimberly Hagaman (Don). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
