He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hartman and Mildred Juanita Hartman; and his brother Franklin Turner. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Turner; his daughters, Tina Turner Stolnack (Mike) and Victoria Vandergriff (James); and his granddaughter Kyra Moon Vandergriff.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hill City Masonic Lodge.
