She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Coffelt and Dora Coffelt. She is survived by: her significant other Robert P. Perry, Jr.; her daughter Elizabeth Perry Tubbs; and her sister Helen Perry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and sister-in-law.
