He is survived by: his significant other Bailey Burns; his sons, Mason of Sale Creek, Benjamin of Sale Creek and Colton Smith of Sale Creek; his parents, Brian Smith and Susan Smith of Alderson, WV; his siblings, Hunter Smith and Alyssa Smith; his grandparents, Richard and Joan Goss; his niece Haizley Smith; his nephew Huntley Smith; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Connor.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
