We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 74, Billy Wayne Sparks of Signal Mountain, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Wayne Sparks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Sparks and Daisy Sparks; his brother Roy Sparks; and his grandson William Stavlund. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sparks (Manning); his children, Tricia Groe (Frank), Stacy Stavlund (Michael), Billy Sparks, Jr. (Rebekah) and Timothy Sparks (Margaret); and his siblings, Donald Gene Sparks, Ethel Faye Blanton, Anna Mae Thomas, Janie Louise Dowe, Troy Lee Sparks and Joseph Leon Sparks. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks at all times, and all CDC measures be followed at the funeral home and cemetery.
