He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Elizabeth Cook; and his children, Cheryl Denise Cook and Christopher Lee Cook. He is survived by: his wife Irene Cook; his children, Kay Roden, Dennis Cook (Maria) of Signal Mountain and Tony Cook (Connie) of Signal Mountain; and his siblings, Sue Martin of Powell, TN, Belba Phillips and Gene Cook (Azalee) of Clinton, TN. He is also survived by eight grandsons; eight great-grandchildren.
