With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Beard (Signal Mountain, Tennessee), who passed away on December 13, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Houser and Roy Houser; and her brother Carl Dean. She is survived by: her husband John Isham Beard of Lake Providence, Louisiana.; her children, Deane Beard Sprague (Orin) of Signal Mountain and John Beard (Carol) of Lookout Mountain, TN.; and her grandchildren, David W. Haddock (Brennice), John R. Haddock (Amy), John W. Beard, Jr., Laura H. Bridges (Trey) and Caroline B. Arnold (Jim). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Seating is marked for social distancing and masks must be worn at all times. The family will understand if people choose to not attend due to concerns with COVID-19.
