He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Chadwick and Nell B. Chadwick; and his sister Doris Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Leona York Chadwick; his daughters, Kay Hobgood (Bob), Shelly Deaton (Jack), Jan Rubio and Amy Gibson (Cary); and his sister Nancy Wilkes. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous friends.
