She was predeceased by: her father David F. Hedges of Signal Mountain; and her brother David F. Hedges, Jr. of Kearneysville, WV.. She is survived by: her husband Jon Bourne; her mother Mary Hedges; her daughter Tasha (Natasha Polk); her granddaughter Anna Polk of Chattanooga; her son Caleb (Rachel Bodenbender); and her grandson Lucas Bourne. She is also survived by family, Ann also leaves an aunt, uncle, nephews, cousins.
