Alice Chapman Conner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2020, at the age of 99, Alice Chapman Conner (Signal Mountain, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband J. Silas Conner, Jr.; her parents, Helena Turner Chapman and Mark DeFoor Chapman; and her siblings, Helena Wood (Dixie), Mary Williams, Mark DeFoor Chapman II and James Chapman (Bob).

She is survived by: her children, Rick Conner (Haven), Becky Conner and Flo Conner Stagner (Bob); her grandchildren, Greer Patterson and Caroline Gregory (Chad); and her great grandchild Conner Mason Gregory. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Signal Crest United Methodist Church, 1005 Ridgeway Ave., Signal Mountain, TN 37377. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, 400 Garden Road, Chattanooga, TN 37419.
