She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Page and Reesa Caperton Smith; and her sister Vicki Perry. She is survived by: her husband Joe Rinks of Counce, Tennessee; her sons, Tim Rinks (Melanie) of Eads and Jeff Rinks (Barbara) of Winter Gardens, Florida; and her grandchildren, Haley Rinks, Matthew Rinks, Melissa Rinks and Caroline Rinks.
