She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Tate and Carrie Tate; her siblings, Theodore, Rufus Tate, G. C. Condra, Iva Jean Layne (Tate), Ella Chapman (Tate), Fannie Hickey (Tate), Velma Thomas (Tate), Kathleen and Ava Lee Condra; and her pets, Chipper, Richey and Collee.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Colbaugh (Wayne). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
