She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cook and Julia Blackman Cook; and her husband Thurman Lee Adcock Sr. "Whitey". She is survived by: her children, Lee Adcock (Kay) of Shelbyville and Lynette Womble (Phil); her siblings, Vivian Thorpe of Shelbyville and Harvey Cook; her grandchildren, Jessica Jordon (Nick), Molly Garner (Kyle), Philip Womble (Delanie) and Owen Womble; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Annabelle, Layton, Alyssa and Wyatt; and also Sharon "Rick" Trice of Shelbyville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
