We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2021, at the age of 78, William Ragland of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Graham, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Reed Ragland and Eva Lorene Locke Ragland. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Harrison of Shelbyville; and his children, William Ragland, Jr. (Krissy), David Ragland, Lori Ragland and Sherry (John Sheehy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
