He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Farris and Annie Mae Clark Farris; his former wife Patricia Evelyn McDonald Farris; his siblings, Imogene Neal, Jack Farris, Helen McCallie, Daniel Farris, John Robert Farris and Carl Farris; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Warren Farris.
He is survived by: his children, William C. Farris (Shirley) of Decatur, AL, Sandy Davis (Leon) of Shelbyville, Randy Farris of Shelbyville, Leisa Farris of Shelbyville, David Lee Farris of Shelbyville, Cecelia Flippo (Steven) of Shelbyville and Brian Farris (Julie) of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Stella Farris Riben of Estill Springs and David C. Farris (Kelsey) of Belvidere. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren with one on the way, and 12 great great grandchildren.
