He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Anderson and Lucille Layne Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Janice R. Blackaby Anderson of Shelbyville; his sons, William Anderson II of Charleston, WV and David Tackett of Charleston, WV; and his siblings, Larry Harold Anderson (Barbara), Roger Anderson (Sandy), David Anderson (Gail), Terry Anderson and Barbara Jean Lacy (John). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
