He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Ralph Smith. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Smith; his wife Jamie Lynn Duke Smith; his children, Candace Smith, Cameron Smith of Tullahoma, Carson Smith of Shelbyville, Michael Brown of Murfreesboro, Brianna Anderson of Shelbyville and Nevan Brown of Shelbyville; his sisters, Lavonda Quick (Kelly) and Felesa Craig (Tim) of Shelbyville; his nieces and nephews, Heather, Lindsay, Brandy, Jamie, Jeremy, Kyle, Ryan and Blake; and his close friend Billy Cornelison. He is also survived by his family and friends.
