He is survived by: his wife Judy Elmore Cunningham; his son Kevin Cunningham (Jena) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Morgan Sale (Herbert), Mason Cunningham (Katie) and Kade Cunningham; and his great grandchild Margot Sale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
