He was predeceased by: his parents, Ostell Benton and Winona Harmon Peoples; his son David Wayne Peoples; his siblings, Wanda Hartley, Diane Meador and Carl Peoples; his grandparents, Benton, Minnie Peoples, Jim and Anna Harmon; and his pet Easy.
He is survived by: his son Todd Peoples (Charity) of New Tazwell, TN; his daughter-in-law Tammy Peoples of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Tate, Levi, Miriam, Emilee, Olivia and Willow; and his brother Clyde Peoples (Lizzie) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
