She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Palmour and Frances Evelyn Alexander Palmour. She is survived by: her husband Donald Glenn Winchester; her daughters, Cindy Sue and Donna Lynn Winchester; her grandchildren, Maggie Evans (Brad) and Dale Ogles; and her great grandchildren, Keegan Evans, Brantley Evans, Hadley Evans, Avery Ogles and Donnie Ogles.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1802 Madison St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
