He is survived by: his wife Kristina Juk of Shelbyville; his children, Kristina Simpson (Jeff) of Strongsville and Daniel Juk of Illinois; his siblings, Lisa Overacker (Steve) of Michigan and Paul Juk; his grandchildren, Gordon Simpson, Olivia Simpson, Edward Simpson and Andrew Simpson; and his sister-in-law Louisa.
Steven would be honored with memorials to Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Institute, 250 25th Ave. North, Nashville, TN 37203.
