He is survived by: his wife Patricia Simmons Hubbard of Shelbyville; his son Josh Hubbard (Katie) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Caleb, Caroline Hubbard, Eli Hubbard and Victoria Moyer; his sister Shirley Hubbard Mott of Forrest City, AR; and his niece Ashley Mott-Murphree of Jonesboro, AR.
