He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Donegan Parker; his siblings, George Parker and Judy Hudson; and his parents, John Edward Parker and Robbie Ellen Parks Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Parker Darnell, Kim Taylor (Darrell) and Jamie Parker (Paula); his brother Howard Parker; and his grandchildren, Britney Warren (Jamie), Brandon Darnell (Morgan), Samantha Braun (Brandon), Peyton Hayes (Hunter), Jamison Parker and Justin Taylor (Lacey). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
