He was predeceased by: his parents, Hensley Hay and Gertia Hay; his brothers, Leslie Hay and Mark Hay of Tom Hay, J. W; and his stepsons, Steve Brown, Garry Brown and Jeff Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Hay; his siblings, Shirley Kelley (Eddie) and Milton Hay (Janice); his grandchildren, Jeremy Brown (Melanie), Jonathan Brown (Janis) and Tara Wear (Jason); his daughter-in-law Tina Brown; and his sister-in-law Martha Hay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
