He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Cook Dougan of Shelbyville; his children, Lynette Starr Jones (Paul), Steven Craig Dougan (Katheleen), Tami Dee Dougan (Chris) and Betsey Faith Shaffer; his stepchildren, Tashia Karen Owen (Mark), D'Anna Sharon Houston (Dan) and Katrina Dawn Sizemore; his sister Barbara Dugan Brake; and the mother of his children Colleen Hayes Brickles. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
