He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie C. Donegan and Bertie Mae Rollins Donegan; and his siblings, Johnny Donegan and Patricia Parker. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Powell Donegan of Shelbyville; his daughter Amy Danielson (Todd); his stepchildren, Taffy Reed (Mike) of Shelbyville and Bruce Rollins of Shelbyville; his sister Brenda Wright (Clark); his grandchildren, Lexi, Sydnie Atilano, Ashley Carrillo (Phillip), Shay Olsen (Matt), Crystal and Tripp Rollins; and his great grandchild Casey Carrillo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
