He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Billy Ray Cook) and Robbie Kimbrell of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Chelsea Kimbrell, Grayson and Kendall Cook (MaKayla); his brothers, James Kimbrell, Jr. (Ruth) and Ronnie Kimbrell (Renee); and his close friend Brenda Dugger.
