The passing of Rickie Douglas Reese of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Fayetteville, Tennessee leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Douglas Reese and Eula Bulean Fuller Epperson; his siblings, Roger Dale Reese and Mary Lou Stephens; and his stepfather Lee Epperson.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Arnold; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Nappers and Joshua Arnold; and his siblings, Micky Joe Reese (Jill) and Patsy Marie Stovall Andrews (Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Doak-Howell Funeral Home (739 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Bomar Cemetery.
