It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette C. Carter of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jakie Louis Carter; and her father Charles White. She is survived by: her mother Frances Haynes White; her son Jeremy Carter (Becky); and her grandchildren, Ashlee Cates, Dusty Hatton and Danielle Brown. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the New, Destiny Dog Rescue.
