He is survived by: his brothers, William, James, Kenneth, Doug and Jack; his great grandchildren, Carson Hatchett and Brooklyn George; his wife Susie Inez Armstrong (Katherine); his siblings, Mary Paulson, Ruth Prince, Roy Armstrong and Ray Armstrong; his children, Charles Armstrong (Rita), Tommy Armstrong (Barbara) and Emma (Robert); his grandchildren, Jason Armstrong (Susan) and Julie Smith (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Jacie West (Dillon) and Emilie Armstrong.
Family asks that masks be worn and social distancing practiced.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bedford County Humane Society.
