She is survived by: her sons, James Henry Reed Jr. (Lynn) and Charles Herman Reed Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Wayne Carter (Brenda), Anita Carter, Helen Carter Raby and Carolyn Carter. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
