She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Snell and Velma Snell; her husband Thomas C. Williams; her son Larry T. Williams; her siblings, James, Emmitt "Buddy" and Mary; and her son-in-law John Penix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Penix and Paulette George (Mike); her grandchildren, John Penix, Gene Penix, Beverly Dunlap (Carl), Chad Cooper (Janene) and Ray Vandagriff (Jessica); and her siblings, Walter, Margaret and Debbie. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.
