She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Harvey Markum; her parents, T. S. Drake and Minnie Arnold Drake; and her siblings, Garfield Drake, Harriot Meadows, Ruth Carver, Lonzo Drake, Fred Drake and Shirley Mingle.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Mullaney (Matt) of Shelbyville and Tyler Markum (Dawn) of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Hunter Faulk (MaKayla), Shelby-Mai Markum Tipton (Austin), Seth Markum (Alex), Haylee Faulk, Brianna Jones (Jeremy), McKenzie McDaniel (Austin) and Sean Mullaney; her great grandchildren, Layton Faulk, Madilynn Tipton, Heartlee, Maddox Jones, Maesyn and Mia McDaniel; her sisters, Deedie Drake and Elaine Porterfield; her grandsons, Austin Tipton, Jeremy Jones and Austin McDaniel; and her nephew Bentley Porterfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins.
