She was predeceased by: her parents, William Faulkner Spence and Mattie Hughes Spence; her brother Billy Spence; and her sister-in-law Donna Clanton Spence. She is survived by: her brothers, Jimmy Spence (Elena) of Smyrna and Bobby Spence (Betty) of Alabama. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

Aunt Ann would be honored with memorials to Fairlane Church of Christ.
