She was predeceased by: her parent Ledora Pypers; and her sister Sylvia Pypers. She is survived by: her daughter Sylvia Pypers of Shelbyville; her siblings, A. W. Smith (Arlene) of Shelbyville and Helen Whitman of Charleston, Mississippi; her nieces, Suzie Temple, Cherita Smith, Tiffany McCroskey and Whitney Hampton; and her nephew Dillion Grogan. She is also survived by great nieces and one great nephew.
