She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Prater and Catherine Prater (Hagnar); her husband Alvin "Bobby" Stephens; her son Wesley Stephens; her siblings, Nancy Hart, Sharon Bobo and Silas Prater Jr.; and her stepsister Gwen Smith.
She is survived by: her stepmother Genetta Prater; her son Arthur Stephens (Misty); her grandchildren, Lindsey Stephens, Tyler Stephens of Shelbyville and Dylan Stephens of Manchester; her great grandchildren, Sophia Stephens of Manchester, Tyler Stephens of Kentucky and Axl Stephens of Manchester; and her sisters, Debbie Norman (Parks), Kathryn Smith (Terry), Barbara Allen and Cindy Fanning (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
