He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hayes and Ruth Brown Hayes; and his siblings, Harold, Kenny Hayes and Brenda Humbolt.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Hayes (Kathy) and Keith Hayes (Angela); his stepsons, Jason Bayne and Jeff Perryman (Wanda Perryman); his grandsons, Hunter, Matt, Nolan and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Meredith, Anniston, Keaton, Callie, Kennedy and Blakey.
