He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Belcher (Tammy) of Hartsville, TN, Richard Belcher (Kim) of White House, TN, Charles Belcher of Hendersonville, TN, Rebecca Oeters (Ron) of Grapevine, TX and Mary Belcher of Bruceton, TN.; and his sister-in-law Diane McCord Belcher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
