It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wayne Womack of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Sol; his wife Emma Jean Moore Womack; and his brothers, Ronald, Donald and Harold Womack.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Womack (Jennifer) of Shelbyville, James Womack of Decherd, Kathy Grant (Charles) of Shelbyville, Connie Harden of Shelbyville and Paul Dale (Diane) of Estill Springs; his grandchildren, Becky Grant, Amy Grant, Ernest Sutton, Jr., Amber Smith, Kaitlin Cook, Kyle Womack, Tyler Womack, James Rutledge, Timothy Womack, Jacob Womack, Kaylee Womack, Kevin Eady, Jeff Eady, Olivia Harden, Brittany Heslar, Jamie Solomon, Justin Samples and Casey Samples; and his brother David Womack (Joy) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
