The memory of John Alden Schetrompf of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 68, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Schetrompf and Naomi Frank Schetrompf; and his sister Mary Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Elisa Hertzan Schetrompf; his siblings, Priscilla Barkman of West Grove, PA and Samuel Schetrompf (Karen) of Peach Bottom, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Marie, Shelly, Christina, Andrew and Sammy.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Doak-Howell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (739 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160).
