He is survived by: his children, Grace Nicole Cashion (James Richard Cashion) and Joel "Joey" Orval Fly IV; his grandson Trenton Jake Hinson of Shelbyville; his stepgrandchildren, Krista Cashion, Alaina Hestla (Houston) and Eli Hestla; and his sisters, Linda Fly of Virginia and Brenda Clark (Jimmy) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew.
