He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Evans and Vina Ray Evans. He is survived by: his wife Diana Prater Evans; his children, Gregory Evans, Adam Evans (Alex), Cheyenne Evans, Jody Hensley (Erin) and Sheila Hensley; and his siblings, Rosie York (Rob), Kenneth Evans (Becky) and Junior Evans (Cecil). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
